Salary: £45k - £55k DOE

Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and project valuations
Procuring subcontractors and managing supplier relationships
Overseeing financial forecasting, reporting, and cost control measures

Working closely with clients and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor ideally in a similar field but all QS candidates will be considered
Based within commuting distance of Solihull
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, project management tools)
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to sites as required
A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
