You will be responsible for the overall portfolio growth strategy. You will need to work with manufacturing plants and 3rd party suppliers for current and future market needs.
What you’ll do:
1. Ensure strong link of Product Management team with Sales. Participate in visits to customers with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
2. Maintain up to date knowledge of competitors and substitute product offers.
3. Monitor market developments and identify business opportunities and threats for an assigned product portfolio (e.g. channels, regulations, new products, substitute materials, technology, costs…).
4. Regularly analyse and report customers’ satisfaction and needs (quality, performance, availability, delivery…).
5. In cooperation with sales, ensure up to date knowledge of competitor moves and actions and drive fast response if required.
6. Monitor the profitability of all products across the portfolio.
7. Monitor & assess the adequacy/consistency of existing product range and marketing mix within the product portfolio, propose improvements and manage the improvement process.
8. Feed into the Strategic Review for the BU and develop action plans to support this and deliver the objectives coming from the review.
9. Propose budget targets for the assigned portfolio.
10. Design and submit to the market managers the marketing plans for each product range and manage the implementation of the plan(s).
11. In cooperation with UK marketing team / Communication manager, propose product promotion strategy and tools with channels, specifiers, installers.

4. The ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
