Reward Analyst
6 month FTC / £55k - £65k
Reports to: Head of Reward
Location: London office (3 days a week in office)
Role Overview:
The Reward Analyst will support the Head of Reward in the design and operational implementation of remuneration policies, benefits, and recognition practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the year-end performance, salary, and bonus review process.
* Leading the annual market benchmarking process with HR BPs and people leaders.
* Planning and configuration of pay frameworks within HRIS (Workday).
* Supporting configuration of manager self-service reward technology.
* Supporting the reward processes aligned to M&A.
* Administration of share schemes (incentive shares and SAYE) via third-party administers technology portals.
