As an LKQ Digraph Operations Manager, your role is key in ensuring that the branch team is aligned to deliver excellence. You are responsible for ensuring that our colleagues represent LKQ Digraph professionally when dealing with both external customers and internal partners. Key Responsibilities
1. Working with your Branch Manager to support them in motivating a large team, including line management responsibility for the operations team.
2. Responsibility for all operations in the branch to ensure that we hit our operational KPIs.
3. Have an enthusiastic willingness to have daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment; our people are our most valuable asset.
4. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards; we need you to lead from the front and drive our safety-first culture.
5. Conduct stock takes/audits and manage fleet operations.
6. Actively demonstrate behavior in line with our Company core values.
7. Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
Skills and Experience
1. Leadership experience with high levels of focus, energy, and drive.
2. Great communication skills; demonstrate the ability to manage customer accounts, both cash and credit.
3. Good experience in managing stock takes and audits, with the ability to control stock and implement measures to do so.
4. Solid Health and Safety background.
5. Demonstrate a passion and willingness to develop in the above areas, if not already having solid experience.
