We are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual to come and join our 24 bedded frailty unit. We are passionate about the care of frail adults who require hospital admission. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including Geriatricians, nurses, resident doctors, physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, and the wider MDT, who work collaboratively to treat a complex mix of acutely unwell frail medical patients. This is a key post in the provision of supporting nursing leadership and management for the ward & departmental teams. Communicating with all members of the multi-disciplinary team as well as patients and relatives is an essential aspect of the role.
