Position Summary
Administration support to the Sales Management and regional sales functions. Purpose of the role will entail specific focus on the compilation of Market Intel & Outlook Reports, Maintenance of CRM Database, Document Control, and general admin duties in support of the Eastern Hemisphere Sales Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
1. Create and maintain reports in CRM/PowerBi and assist other members of the sales team to monitor CRM database.
2. Compile reports on tiered accounts, team goals, and forecasts for Senior Sales Manager and other business stakeholders on a regular basis.
3. Work with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
4. Collaborate and collate Strategic Documents with key account managers and regional sales (Capture plans Etc.)
5. Update and maintain databases and files in accordance with department procedures and in compliance with general business requirements.
6. Maintain department SharePoint/filing site.
7. Provide general administrative support duties to the sales team.
8. Engage with Marketing Department as required in support of marketing activities and tradeshow/events planning.
NON-ESSENTIAL
1. Communicate with external (blue tier) clients for the purposes of CRM management as well as obtaining status updates and feedback.
2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
3. Requisitioning of supplies and materials for department.
4. Maintain Market Intel & Business memberships/ subscriptions as required.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
1. Experience in Business Development, Commercial or Projects Environment desired.
2. Recognized business qualification.
3. Experience with CRM Database and PowerBi.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload in line with key dates for delivery.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to understand process constraints, recommend opportunities for efficiencies and contribute towards business's continuous improvement philosophy.

5. Skilled in operating basic office software packages (e.g. MS Word, Excel, XaitPorter, PeopleSoft).
6. Flexible approach to work schedules in line with the demands of supporting wide geographical demands across multiple time zones.
7. Proactive and strategic mindset.
