Autism Therapy Coordinator (ABA) Location : Leeds, LS19 7YA Salary : £38,460 - £41,580 per annum, DOE Contract : Full time or Part time considered, Permanent Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 08.30am - 6.30pm (very rare for staff to work until then) Why chose Autism Partnership: 28 days annual leave including all Bank Holidays. We employ over 200 psychologists, consultants and practitioners worldwide We are now recruiting for an Autism Therapy Programme Supervisor to assume responsibility for developing individual client intervention plans and monitoring client progress We are looking for a minimum commitment from candidates of at least two years, where possible. As our Therapy Coordinator you will also be responsible for: Analysing data in making programme recommendations. Providing ongoing supervision / training to staff and other practitioners. Providing training and support to parents. Providing input on client EHCPs/IEPs and attending Annual Review and school meetings. Devising behavioural intervention plans and preparing reports as necessary. Interfacing with and developing positive working relationships. Attending Autism Partnership supervisor meetings and communicating regularly with supervisory team. In order to be successful in this role you must have: BCBA (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst) - This is preferred but not necessary Undergraduate or higher degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis / Behavioural Sciences / Psychology / Education / Social Sciences or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience working directly with children with autism utilising ABA methodology. Minimum of 2 years' experience providing supervision for practitioners utilising ABA methodology in home, school and community settings. It would be great if you had the following qualifications and trainings: Level 3 NVQ in Early Years Childhood Education or higher qualification. Paediatric First Aid. Team Teach. Autism Partnership Foundation's 40-Hour RBT Course.
