About the Performance Supply team: As a Performance Strategist on the Supply AO team, you will sit directly between Liftoff’s technology and its commercial applications, working seamlessly with both Commercial and R&D teams. Every day, you’ll bring your analytical thinking and technical skillset to bear on challenges across our business, from proposing technical or product improvements to identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Drive strategy for Publisher Accounts in the region Work closely with regional sales team to analyze and resolve account problems/issues Act as bridge between Sales, Data Science, Engineering and Product Develop internal and external business presentations as needed Optimize account activities to achieve business goals Generate account reporting on both periodic and ad hoc basis Develop positive working relationships with customers to help them grow Define and analyze partner metrics to achieve success Continuous testing & learning—leverage new techniques to drive value for partners Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in an analytical or strategy role Strong client facing experience in a similar industry Analytical with strong quantitative skills and a strong working knowledge of Excel and other analytical too Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and influence change High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills An ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team BS/BA required—analytical degree preferred Bonus Relevant Ad-tech industry experience is a plus SQL, Looker or similar querying experience preferred Experience or coursework in Statistics or Data Science LI-NM 1 LI-Remote We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT.
