We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer based on the Winsford Industrial Estate. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity to join a team on a "temp to perm" basis as a Warehouse Operative & FLT Driver. This exciting opportunity involves:
1. Operating a Counterbalance fork lift truck in a busy warehouse environment to load and unload vehicles and shunt palettes between locations.
2. Carrying out standard warehouse duties as and when required, including packing items, maintaining a safe working environment, and assisting the team in any duties needed.
3. Manual handling items as and when required as part of the safe working practices used on site.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
1. A valid and in-date Counterbalance fork lift truck license.
2. Experience working in a warehouse environment.
3. Flexibility to help out all teams as and when required.
The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday, rotating between 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm. Overtime is available for work carried out outside of the normal working hours, as well as on weekends.
