We are seeking a Sustainability Co-Ordinator to join our Sustainability team.

The Sustainability Section is looking for a detail-oriented, dynamic, and experienced individual to support various sustainability strategies, initiatives, and programs across our group. This individual will embrace our sustainability culture and be passionate about advancing sustainable priorities in circular economy and climate change. You will support the Global Director of Sustainability in delivering the Making a Digital Difference Sustainability Strategy aligned to UN SDG Goals, including social value, sustainable procurement, and carbon reduction.
Key Accountabilities
* Engage with various stakeholders, focusing on supporting and delivering sustainability projects and tasks.
* Work closely with marketing and organise CSR events.
Main Responsibilities
* Execute, coordinate, and support projects, programs, and strategies identified in the Converge Making a Digital Difference Sustainability Framework and action plan.
* Coordinate and support Converge Sustainability Leadership Team and manage project controls such as data gathering, management, and analytical processes.
* Engage and collaborate with internal and external groups on sustainability matters.
* Coordinate the implementation, training, education, and awareness of the Making a Digital Difference Framework across the group.
* Support data collection, annual progress reporting, and development of key performance indicators such as carbon footprint and social value.
* Research and prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations for community partners, client groups, and internal management teams.
* Track new sustainability regulations, disclosures, and policies.
* Consult and work alongside key stakeholders to establish and promote a project-wide social value delivery plan.
* Co-design Social Value projects and measures to support engagement with key communities and underrepresented groups.
* Raise the profile of Converge in delivering sustainability with stakeholders.
* Promote and share good practice models and case studies.
* Work with internal communications to produce content for award submissions.
* Undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested.

* Positive working relationships across the business.
* Positive internal feedback on services from colleagues.
* Meeting all statutory and regulatory reporting deadlines.
This is a full time position, can be a job share - 37 hours per week. Hybrid
