About the role
Here at TGB, we’re a fast-growing beauty brand with big ambitions, and we’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and have experience with BigCommerce, Product Information Management Systems (PIMS), and website merchandising, this role is for you.
As part of our eCommerce team, you’ll help keep our online store running smoothly, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From product uploads to campaign support, you’ll play a key role in driving our digital success. You could also expect to:
Website Management:
* Maintain and update our BigCommerce site with accurate product information, images, and descriptions.
* Assist with website updates to enhance user experience.
* Upload campaign assets, check links, and proofread copy to ensure a seamless shopping journey.
* Set up promotions, update terms and conditions, and support marketing and commercial activities.
Product & Inventory Management:
* Use PIMS to manage product data and ensure consistency across platforms.
* Support inventory and stock updates for Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Campaign & Commercial Support:
* Assist in optimising website user journeys for campaign activation.
* Support key eCommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, and UPT.
* Collaborate with the eCommerce team to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Global & Cross-Brand Support:
* Help with website rollouts and support local marketing teams as we expand globally.
* Upload assets, products, and promotions across multiple platforms, including BigCommerce, Presta, and Zenoti.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in the office.
About you:
With at least 2 years’ experience in eCommerce or a related field (bonus points if you’ve worked with Akeneo), you'll bring a great understanding of digital merchandising, preferably within B2B. We think you'll also need:
* A keen eye for detail—you’re the person who spots typos no one else does.
* A passion for the beauty, fashion, or B2B marketing (or all three!).
* A willingness to learn, tons of curiosity and can do attitude.
* An understanding of digital marketing channels and digital customer journeys.
