Conducting research and managing availability and pricing for hotels, restaurants, and event venues. Supporting marketing efforts and contributing to product development initiatives. Ensuring timely and effective responses to client briefs. Assisting in optimising conversion rates and profit margins. Managing relationships with regular agency partners and clients. Overseeing suppliers, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensuring the smooth execution of multiple projects. Preparing and maintaining working documents. Upholding and representing company policies and requirements. Addressing queries and requirements from delegates, clients, and consumers. Assisting with office administration, including managing client and supplier databases, handling supplier payments, and overseeing credit control. Coordinating events on-site and managing suppliers and staff during events. Person Specification: Minimum of A Level education with at least 4 years of work experience, or a degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in the travel or event industries is highly advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of London’s hotels and event venues is a plus. Strong communication and writing skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Excellent planning and organisational abilities, with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills. Team player with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
