Role Overview:
Maximize the profitability of the CTS business by promoting sales and service to new and existing customers across the territory in alignment with business plans.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with companies and their operational, maintenance, and management personnel to develop Atlas Copco Service offerings.
2. Expand our full-service scope within the customer base, including overhauls, parts, and service plans.
3. Increase revenue within existing customers and identify new customers for service expansion.
4. Upsell the CTS product range and advise customers on maintenance needs.
5. Visit customers regularly in Aberdeen and other locations as needed.
6. Respond to quotations requests and secure orders promptly.
7. Identify and price bespoke parts according to customer requirements.
8. Coordinate with internal and external sales teams for visits and data exchange.
9. Work with internal sales to prepare and submit quotations.
10. Coordinate with CTS Operations for offshore mobilizations.
11. Manage customer contracts and revise as necessary.
12. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. Experienced sales professional with offshore knowledge or a technically capable individual with growth potential.
2. Interest and experience with IT systems, CTS products, and services is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of the UK industrial market.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-facing experience.
5. Ability to work independently, result-driven, proactive, and energetic.
