Yeovil College is seeking an inspiring Curriculum Coordinator for our Creative Industries Department to provide exceptional coordination for our 16-18 Study Programmes and Adult Education courses, ensuring our learners reach their highest potential. As the Lead Tutor and Lead Internal Verifier, you'll work closely with the Course Area Manager and programme managers to ensure effective recruitment, retention, and achievement, providing exceptional support for our students. In this role, you'll also take on teaching and assessment responsibilities while serving as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, monitoring progress and driving excellence across our programmes. * Substantial experience of personal tutoring and providing pastoral support to learners.
* Ability to demonstrate extensive experience of all aspects of curriculum co-ordination.
* Relevant teaching qualification or higher degree in Art and Design.
* Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
* The ability to work successfully within a team.
* A passion for teaching and learning.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Annual Salary: £28,755 to £37,169 plus £2,000 Supplement
* Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
