Main Responsibilities : Undertake targeted analysis of business performance in line with current needs and priorities to uncover improvement potential (e.g., data analysis, KPI setup, ‘as is’ process maps). Engage key stakeholders to capture, challenge and prioritise change requirements in order to devise elegant improvement solutions that maximise impact delivered. Take end-to-end ownership for defining the plan and milestones needed to take a change from a solution concept through to full implementation. Track and drive the implementation of changes at pace, focussing on the outcome and measurable impact needed. Build a positive culture of change within Fletchers by getting people excited about improvement potential and communicating outcomes of change initiatives thoughtfully and proactively. Work with people leaders to integrate operational improvements into standard ways of working (e.g.SOP development, training in ‘to be’ process maps, problem solving, visual management) Essential Skills and Experience: 2.1 or above in a Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a STEM-related subject Strong numerical and analytical skills Confident data analysis in Excel to generate insight, knowledge of SQL desirable but not required Excellent problem solving ability, carefully mapping the current state before developing a solution Evidence of leading and managing change in people-based processes, including effective management of relationships with stakeholders at all levels in an organisation UK based and full rights to work in the UK Willingness to travel to Manchester, Southport or Liverpool for 1-2 days every 2 weeks We reserve the right to close this role before the date specified depending on the calibre and volume of candidates.
