Job Title: Water Safety SupervisorDepartment: Estates – Operations – Maintenance OperationsLocation: WarwickshireJob Purpose:To manage and prevent Legionella and other waterborne pathogens across the organisation. Ensure compliance with water hygiene protocols and health/safety regulations to protect the community.Key Responsibilities:Management & Organisation:Maintain asset and maintenance records – must be proficient in excelSupervise labour and ensure implementation of water safety policiesManage Estates tools, vehicles, and equipmentSupervise contractors to ensure work carried out meets standards, compliance, and valueMonitor contractor performance, escalate issues, and manage handovers with certificationsInvestigate and resolve technical issues while maintaining business continuityConduct technical assessments, provide advice, and maintain safety permits/documentationSupport project planning and financial estimates for maintenance worksUpdate stakeholders on maintenance impacts and coordinate service shutdownsCollaborate with organisation staff, contractors, and stores for efficient operations.Provide cost estimates for minor works and ensure projects are within budgetIdeal Candidate will have the following criteria:Qualification either City and Guilds or Water Management QualWater safety/hygiene management experienceBuilding services sector expertise (commercial/industrial/domestic)Contractor management experienceProblem-solving and organisational skillsComputer literacy (Microsoft Office and BMS)Health and safety awareness (e.g., confined spaces, asbestos, working at height)For more information about this role, or any others we're currently working on, please feel free to drop me a message, a call on 07441916068 or email me lsullivan@venngroup.com
