The Role: As a Purchase Ledger Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and develop your finance career. Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices accurately and efficiently. Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies. Preparing and processing payment runs. Assisting with month-end tasks, including reconciliations. Supporting process improvements within the team. About You: Experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams. Good excel skills is an advantage. A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
