The Role:As a Purchase Ledger Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and develop your finance career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies.
* Preparing and processing payment runs.
* Assisting with month-end tasks, including reconciliations.
* Supporting process improvements within the team.
About You:
* Experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
* Good excel skills is an advantage.
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
