About the job:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager to help the Sales Manager run our multi-channel lead generation and Direct sales teams.
Walkers Windows have been trading for 20 years in the Yorkshire region and have an unrivalled reputation for ethical selling to our new and existing customers. We have ambitious plans over the next 5 years and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop within the role and enhance their career development as part of a growing and successful business.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in direct sales, and while knowledge of the double glazing/replacement conservatory sector would be an advantage, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Qualifying and booking leads
2. Customer service
3. Preparing sales representatives for individual leads
4. Managing an appointment diary and rotas
5. Management of sales representatives
6. Assisting with Pricing and Closing
7. Preparing reports and information for the Sales Manager

This is an employed position with a basic salary of £25,000 and O.T.E of £45,000.
