Job Description
Conexus is partnered with a global consultancy to source an expert in managing and optimising software assets using the Service Now SAM Pro module. This role requires close collaboration with IT, procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure accurate tracking of software licenses, cost control, and adherence to compliance standards across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise software assets using ServiceNow SAM Pro.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
* Track, monitor, and report on software licenses and entitlements.
* Customise and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro to align with organisational needs.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows in ServiceNow.
* Support software license audits and manage vendor agreements.
* Implement best practices for software asset management.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 8-10 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), with 3-5 years of hands-on Service Now SAM Pro experience.
* Strong knowledge of Service Now ITSM modules (Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management).
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow SAM Pro configuration and administration.
