We are now looking for two resourcers to join our busy office in Ecclesfield, Sheffield. Role 1: Full time Role 2: Part time job share (2 or 3 days per week, must be a Monday and Friday) Working in a fast paced and driven environment in a team of 9 you will be responsible for running a busy warm desk without any cold calling, filling a range of both temporary and permanent vacancies within the housing and care and support sectors as well as building upon new and existing relationships and coordinating interviews, new starter requests etc. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with a vibrant personality capable of multitasking, who can communicate well at all levels and can build on new and existing client relationships. Strong customer service skills is a must. Previous experience is great but not necessary as full training will be provided. Perks Basic salary £23,000 - £27,000 based on experience with OTE earning £32,000 Salary review at 3 months and 6 months Attractive uncapped bonus 30 days holiday including bank holiday which increases annually.
