About the Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for; cost estimating, regular reporting to clients, cost control from inception through to completion, estimating, contract management and contract administration. You will largely be working in a variety of sectors, both public and private. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire. The role is largely remote although client and site visits are essential About the Requirements The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor needs to have strong experience in the Utilities sector. Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value. You will be resilient and assertive. Recently chartered through RICS or close to About the salary: Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individuals experience but up to £65,000.
