Job Title:Court Of Protection Solicitor
Location:Leeds, West Yorkshire
Working Arrangements:2-3 days in the office per week (after probation)

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with conflict checks, file management, and client care protocols.
* Progress cases, attend clients, and prepare for hearings per instructions.
* Advocate for clients in Court of Protection hearings.
* Handle correspondence, Legal Aid funding, billing, and file preparation.
* Manage file closing, administration, time recording, and regulatory compliance.
* Meet billing targets, support junior staff, and ensure timely invoicing.
* Participate in networking, business development, and training per Legal Aid requirements.
* Ensure files comply with Legal Aid contracts, SQM standards, and firm policies.
* Report issues to directors promptly.
* Focus on health and welfare matters as needed.
About You
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitorwith a valid practicing certificate.
* 0-2 PQE (Applications from recently qualified solicitors will be accepted)
