As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing the installation of dry lining and partitioning systems, and ensuring the successful completion of the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dry lining and partitioning, with extensive experience using Fermacell. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and tradesmen on-site, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage project timelines, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget. Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure clear communication and resolution of any issues. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure the work meets the required standards. Provide technical support and guidance to the team, particularly in the installation of Fermacell materials for dry lining and partitioning. Maintain accurate site records and documentation. Key Requirements: Strong experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry, with a focus on dry lining and partitioning. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Fermacell materials. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects successfully. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. Strong organisational and time-management skills. CSCS card (preferably Site Manager level) and First Aid certification (desirable)
