Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint. „The future is circular“ Collaborate with the Digital Team and coordinate involved IFCO departments (e.g., IT and Operations) and IFCO Service Centres to plan and execute the digital rollout of 2D and RFID technology in Europe and ensure the operationalization of the equipment. Responsible for: Working closely with Operations and IT Teams, Service Centres and external partners to co-ordinate the requirements and the implementation road map. On-site planning of the installation of chosen hardware solutions at sites. Supporting requirements engineering and contractual topics (RFQ creation, comparison of offers, conduction of negotiations) incl. budget planning and cost tracking Supporting the creation of deliverables from involved internal partners to ensure proper installations and resilient operations, e.g. Operating Model, FMEA, IT Architecture maps Working with the Digital Team to ensure Service Centre readiness is planned and executed in line with Digital roll out milestones incl. supporting and enablement of the Service Centres On-going compliance to meeting data acquisition reads and data upload time requirements including applicable data collection and ingestion into IFCO IoT Data Lake. Coordination of identified problems to ensure that implemented solutions are continuously up and running. Gathering feedback based on requirements from Software & Product teams. Project Management of the above through: Alignments and communication of requirements and project plans for product and solution rollout with internal and external stakeholders, including regular review meetings with accurate and timely documentation. Effective project governance incl. reporting on different hierarchy levels to ensure strategic alignment and outcomes. Execution of project tasks, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Proactive management of project dependencies, risks, and budgets. Management and coordination of internal and external stakeholders on different hierarchy levels to ensure project success. Undertake Additional Duties As Needed To Meet Changing Requirements.
