Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure properties meet safety and regulatory standards, arranging certifications and inspections.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all property management activities are documented and up to date.
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of financial reports related to property portfolios.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in property management is essential.
* Strong knowledge of residential property legislation and compliance.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
