Manage room hire, classes, and course bookings, handling queries, processing invoices, and coordinating schedules.
Complete and file paperwork for accredited and non-accredited courses.
Prepare resources for upcoming courses.
Handle income in line with financial procedures.
Act as the main point of contact for general enquiries and information distribution.
Build and maintain relationships with customers via in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
Regularly update website content and images using the content management system.
Represent OreKnot at exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
