Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Multi Trade Operative role located in Middlesbrough and surrounding areas covering the full of the North East region. The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks related to property services, including painting, repairs, and maintenance work.
Qualifications
* Experience in painting, repairs, and maintenance work
* Basic carpentry and plumbing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Health and Safety awareness
