LINKS Recruitment Group are pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor/Foreman to play an integral part of the manufacturing/production team that offers the opportunity to work within a well established and growing manufacturing company that have multiple UK sites who are continuously growing and achieving company goals year on year.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel within your team work safely / efficiently and are deployed in the correct areas to maximise outputs and quality in a cost-effective manner in accordance with targets.
Responsibilities:
* Report to take instruction and duties from and work closely with the Foreman and Production Manager on an hourly/daily basis as necessary.
* Manage personnel to ensure that all production is completed in line with the planned schedule to both to meet target completion dates and within the prescribed work target hours on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
