Job Title: Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Prospect new leads and introduce MGF's shoring solutions to potential customers
* Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
