We’re making life at home better for everyone. What you’ll do Responsible for the full engineer lifecycle up to and including activation on the BOXT system. Assist in enhancing the productivity of existing engineers on the platform Screening Engineers profiles to check all documentation is valid Use of tools to help track engineer’s progress Build on-going relationships with Engineers to help develop better engagement Monitor trends within the app and escalate/ feedback where applicable Update capability tests and documents Monitor Engineer Support inbox Activate and update coverage map when activating engineers on BOXT admin Monitor recruitment slack channel and recruitment inbox Who you are GCSE (Or equivalent) Maths and English Experienced within a people coordination-based role such as resourcing / recruiting / compliance management Basic employment law regulations Sound all-round administrative experience Excellent time management skills Clear and effective communication skills with a good command of English Experienced in operating in a fast paced, results driven customer focused role Driven to deliver customers a good outcome Passionate about good service levels Flexible and adaptable to work loads and tasks Experience of working in a fast paced, vibrant and at times, pressured environment Understanding of a positive customer experience Caring and compassionate nature Confidence in working on your own initiative as well as within a team environment.
