As a Credit Analytics Manager, you will be required to complete data analysis to determine recovery trends. and help drive Debt Collections strategies and be responsible for arrears forecasting and risk management. You will provide support to the Senior Collections and Recoveries Manager with yearly reviews of the Finance Providers service. Testing the quality of the data, ensuring data quality rules are set adequately and providing suggestions for improvements. You will take ownership and responsibility for producing data visualisations via Power BI and liaise with stakeholders internally and externally regarding collections and data quality as well as review and oversee the reports delivered by the Finance Provider. To be considered for this role you must have experience querying data sets using MySQL and knowledge of contractual KPI monitoring. You will have strong experience in data analysis within retail banking/collections and the ability to translate research and analysis into reasoned recommendations, presentations and reports. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of managing within a continuous improvement and driving change environment with an understanding of data visualisation best practice with evidence of implementation. Clear, logical and analytical approach to problem solving is a must as well as having excellent attention to detail and accuracy focussed along with the ability to review and interpret collections legislation. Experience in Python / Power BI reporting / Credit Analytics / Portfolio Analytics (Cards or Loans preferred) would be a distinct advantage also.
