Job summary
We are currently looking to appoint an Reception/Undergraduate Medical (UGM) Co-ordinator to work in Child Health within the Family Care Division.
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure are essential requirements, together with great attention to detail for ensuring information is entered accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate undergraduate learning.
To be successful in this role you will possess IT skills, x5 GCSEs or above (or equivalent) and have experience of relevant administration work. You must have effective communication skills and be adaptable to meet the service needs.
Main duties of the job
The main emphasis of this role is to support with the co-ordination of the Reception Team and enable to the work of the CCE Team in delivering the Trust Education and Development Strategic Plan.
Duties will include managing the Reception Team and co-ordinating reception provision, along with supporting annual internal and external reporting, attending relevant meetings (and minuting), take a role in enacting decisions and actions arising from meetings, and ensuring that resources are deployed as efficiently as possible to achieve the wider aims of the aforementioned plan.
