This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take the next step in their career, managing a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases while leading a team of insolvency specialists. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a range of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Lead and mentor a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance and technical expertise. Manage stakeholder relationships, liaising with creditors, directors, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies. Prepare and review statutory reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the firm's insolvency practice. Key Requirements: Ideally CPI or JIEB qualified. Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate insolvency, with a proven track record of managing cases and supervising more junior team members. Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
