About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time, Temporary Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to Key Stage 1 students. Your primary focus will be on delivering boosters and interventions to help students achieve their full potential. This role also includes supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions to support literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects.
2. Assist students with SEN, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
4. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create engaging and effective learning plans.
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who is:
1. Passionate about education and committed to student success.
2. Adaptable and patient, with the ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds.
3. Experienced in working with Key Stage 1 students and/or SEN support (preferred but not essential).
4. A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
