The work-load throughout the department is very varied and interesting with no two days being the same. The successful candidate must be dynamic, possess excellent communication skills, and have a high sense of professionalism and a strong belief in the value of teamwork. As a newly merged trust we offer rotation between sites across the Division. We are family friendly and flexible with shifts and offer a wide range of long days and short shifts across both sites. Main duties of the job As a Band 5 Nurse you will be offered a comprehensive development package including a period of supernumerary, training and education and a Preceptorship programme. You will have access to the departmental education team and have the opportunity to develop and progress your career as you work towards the RCN Level 1 and Level 2 competencies. You will have the opportunity to work in all the areas of the Emergency Department and if you choose to you can work across site at the Trauma Centre.
