The role will support an existing team of dedicated customer service professionals who manage the communal heating portfolio. This role reports directly to the Senior Energy Operations Manager. L&Q Energy sits within Property Services and has close links to other areas of the organisation such as Housing Management teams, Development and technical teams within L&Q. Providing support and ensuring that customer service is a priority to new and existing heat customers. As well as communicating directly with 3 rd parties and contractors. The Assistant Energy Operations Manager is a key front facing role acting as a client relationship manager, assisting ongoing management of a portfolio communal heating schemes, Solar PV and Electric Car Charging. Providing front line support and troubleshooting advice to a number of different tenures within the various schemes. You will be a point of contact for escalated Energy related complaints. You will feel confident in dealing with complaints through until completion and resolution. Treating clients with empathy and listening to feedback. Approaching issues with passion and determination. The Assistant Energy Operations Manager will also carry out administrative duties and assist with assembling data for KPI reports, updating trackers for document control. Whilst exercising quality control and ad hoc general administration. With this in mind, proficient use of Microsoft packages and a good understanding of navigating database systems is a must. A good understanding of planning and assisting with new projects is another key element to role. You will be responsible for analysing data on new and existing schemes.
