Key Responsibilities:
Dessert Production: Be hands-on in the preparation and production of a variety of delicious desserts. This includes accurately weighing and mixing ingredients.
Production Line Work: Work with a diverse range of patisserie products, from traditional cheesecakes to innovative desserts tailored for the food service industry.
Quality Control: Ensure that every product meets the company's high standards. Your attention to detail will play a critical role in delivering premium desserts.
Efficiency & Speed: Contribute to maintaining a smooth and efficient production flow, ensuring that all products are made quickly while upholding quality.
Health & Safety: Keep production areas clean and adhere to all food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive and driven team, sharing the same goal of creating outstanding desserts.
Requirements:
Experience in food production - Previous experience in a similar environment will be beneficial.
Ingredient Handling: You should be comfortable with weighing and measuring ingredients accurately.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining product quality and consistency.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
