Description
Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial reporting and compliance needs are met.
Perform and review audits of financial statements.
Assist clients with tax planning and compliance.
Supervise, coach, and develop junior members of the team.
Collaborate with other departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Identify opportunities for additional services and projects.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.Profile
A successful Accounts Senior should have:
ACA/ACCA/ICAS/AAT qualified
Experience in a professional services environment.
Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance regulations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Leadership skills and experience in coaching and developing others.
