As an HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in implementing and improving HSE management processes while engaging with site teams and clients. Key Responsibilities for the HSE Advisor Job: Systems Management: Develop, maintain, and enhance HSE management procedures. Implement management system requirements on-site. Track actions and Non-Conformance Reports. Verify the effectiveness of improvements and maintain accurate documentation. Develop concise and accessible HSE guidelines. Assurance & Compliance: Monitor and drive Health & Safety Performance Indicators (HSPI). Conduct verification checks on site, ensuring compliance with life-saving rules and client standards. Support audits and compliance assessments. Technical Advice & Training: Provide expert HSE advice based on legislation, ACoPs, and British Standards. Mentor and coach site supervisors on HSE responsibilities. Develop and deliver internal HSE training programs. Engagement & Safety Culture: Implement communication strategies such as noticeboards, meetings, and working groups. Assist in developing a behavioural-based safety model aligned with company values. Strengthen networking opportunities within the industry and safety community.
