This is a 3 month contract initially with potential for further extensionDuties will include: Maintain and develop filing systems, both manual and electronic and undertake photocopying, scanning and shredding of confidential papers Receive telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, diverting calls to relevant personnel where appropriate, answering enquiries, passing on relevant calls and taking accurate messages Provide an accurate typing service, i.e. correspondence, memo’s, tables, spreadsheets, minutes, etc. Managing bookings for the Conference Suite and meeting rooms. Including dealing with enquiries, taking bookings, meet and greet and preparing rooms Attend meetings to take minutes, processing and distributing them exercising confidentiality as necessary Sort incoming mail in to predetermined office sections and deliver to teams Sort outgoing mail ready for posting Arrange and supply ID cards to staff, with responsibility for taking photographs Actively deal with enquiries from customers, the public and other agencies Issuing and logging keys and ID cards to customers and contractors Replenish refreshment stocks as required, ensuring stock control is maintained For further details of this opportunity, please contact specialist recruiter, Mark Grove on or apply via this site
