Fixed-term: 36 months Full-time: 35 hours per week The opportunity: We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to join the group of Prof. David Lyons at the University of Edinburgh to investigate mechanisms of neurodevelopment and neurodegeneration. This post is full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. The post is available for 36 months. The salary for this post is £40,247- £47,874 per annum. Your skills and attributes for success: PhD (viva completed) in neuroscience, developmental biology, or similar Ability to communicate complex information clearly, orally and in writing Extensive expertise in molecular biology or molecular genetics Experience of using zebrafish as a model is desirable £40,247 to £47,874 per annum (Grade 7)
