The Role
:
1. Create and maintain a UCC European contact strategy, identifying key stake holders for sharing best practise and consulting on progress and knowledge gaps.
2. Promote UCC’s quality products and coffee training resources, drive sales opportunities using the COFFEEWORKS approach to optimise customer success.
3. Take ownership for coffee education, tailoring the language to suit the customer audience, promoting best practise, efficiencies, delivering customer experience excellence.
4. Stays ahead with maintaining and developing personal coffee product knowledge and emerging key market trends.
5. Work closely with key stakeholders to build customer relationships, analyse performance, build strategic development plans and support UCC European customer execution.
6. Responsible for the management, administration, communication and initiatives linked to specific customer development plans.
7. Take an active role in the evolution and maintenance of the Coffee Works suite, and associated technology.
8. Responsible for the presentation and upkeep of the UCC’s Milton Keynes training facility.
9. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following agreed organizational policies and procedures.
The Person:
10. Proven customer facing hospitality professional with coffee experience
11. Dynamic with a passion for delivering first class customer service
12. Organised and capable of managing a detailed database / tracker
13. Able to multitask and prioritise workload in a pressurised environment
14. Confident and inspiring individual with excellent communication skills
15. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise own diary and workload
16. Confident user of Microsoft office applications

Salary: Up to£40k + Company Car + Pension + Life Assurance + EAP + other Company benefits
