Job Description
The present profile, internally identified as the Chairman's Relationship Manager (CRM), represents the Personal Assistant appointed to manage the Chairman's Internal Organization relationships among all internal members composing the various departments of all corporations part of the Family Office. The assistant is NOT required to fly to all destinations worldwide with and on behalf of the Chairman unless there is an imperative requirement. The profile must be highly confidential and express the capacity to watch, listen to, and analyze anyone, keeping the information reserved without releasing details to the external relationships managed on behalf of the Chairman.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software/tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a corporate or executive environment.

Monthly Salary: GBP 7.000 Net after all taxes
Yearly Salary: GBP 84.000 Net after all taxes
