Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Customer Service Representative to join our export customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of export documentation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to our international customers via email, phone, and other communication channels.
* Take ownership of customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* Facilitate strong relationships with suppliers, vineyards, and producers to ensure seamless delivery of products.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and correspondence.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
* Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and company policies to provide expert guidance to customers.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of export documentation.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Fluency in French and/or other languages an asset.
