Responsibilities:
1. Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale.
2. Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments.
3. Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings.
4. Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
5. Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments.
Qualifications:
1. Team player who believes their success is the team’s success.
2. Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
3. Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry.
4. One year of work experience in real estate.
5. Possess or willing to obtain a TN and/or MS real estate license.
Compensation:
