About the role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Marketing Data Analytics to drive global data analytics initiatives, working with decentralized data across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will leverage Power BI and Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse to develop global marketing dashboards while ensuring data standardization across all markets. This role requires close collaboration with local marketing and commercial teams, as well as the Center of Excellence (CoE) and IT teams, to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Global Dashboard Development: Build and maintain comprehensive global marketing dashboards consolidating decentralized data across multiple countries.
* Data Integration and Standardization: Partner with IT and CoE teams to integrate and standardize marketing and commercial data within Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.
* Data to Insights: Support the business in spotting and translating data patterns into actionable insights.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with local marketing and commercial teams to ensure alignment on data usage, analytics, and reporting needs.
* Performance Analytics: Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
* Data Governance: Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across multiple geographies and marketing channels.
* Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve data collection, reporting, and visualization processes to enhance efficiency and usability.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with IT, CoE, and commercial leaders to ensure seamless data availability and accuracy.
* Training and Support: Enable local marketing teams to effectively utilize dashboards and data insights.
About You:
Skills & Experience
Experience:
* 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years managing global multi-market projects.
* Proven expertise in Power BI and Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.
* Experience developing global dashboards and working with decentralized data sources.
* Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data standardization.
* Experience in a global or multi-market organization is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization techniques.
* Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
* Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Google Analytics is desirable.
Soft Skills:
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
Qualifications/Education:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Dimensions:
Team: The role requires a hands-on approach and involves collaborating with local country resources. It’s going to be an integral part of the Global Marketing team, which is comprised of Program Management, Performance Marketing, Clinical Marketing, and Product Marketing in Ostomy.
Principal Contacts:
Internal: The ostomy global marketing team, local marketing teams across focused countries, marketing CoE, IT and data teams, commercial leaders.
External: Potential vendors and contractors.
Travel Requirements:
Position may involve travel up to 15% of the time, mostly within Europe but overseas travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel.
Languages Skills:
Fluency in English both written and verbal; additional European languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, or Portuguese would be an advantage but are not mandatory.
Working Conditions:
