The role will involve working alongside our admin team, reporting to the Directors and providing administrative support to the other departments within the business. Travis Baker was established in 2006 to provide a high quality service as professional consulting engineers. Since then the company has grown strongly and we are now able to provide a full range of integrated engineering services throughout the UK. Responsibilities: Handle all incoming calls – including transferring/redirecting Meet and greet visitors Routine project support including; set-up, raising purchase orders, preparing invoices, and basic financial reporting Manage Health and Safety Records Manage IT Records including software renewals Qualifications and Experience: Excellent organisation and communication skills Experience of answering phones and transferring calls Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel Experience of working remotely using Microsoft Teams Ability to prioritise workload and work independently Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary.
