The Office Manager will based full-time in the office in SW London. While this role is primarily office-based, there is flexibility with working hours and the potential for occasional remote working. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, maintaining a productive, safe, and well-equipped work environment. Liaise with service providers and vendors for office maintenance and repairs. Coordinate risk assessments and training in health, safety, and fire procedures with third-party providers. Act as the main point of contact for employees and visitors, fostering a warm and professional office environment. Assist in preparing and monitoring office budgets. Handle invoicing and payments for office-related services and supplies. Liaise with IT to ensure smooth operation of all office equipment. Support delivery of internal projects, company events, and conferences. Support preparation of internal reports and presentations for management. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within a fast-paced business. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and work independently. A team player who helps foster a supportive, friendly office culture. Confident in leading onboarding processes for new starters and supporting broader team engagement.
