Key Responsibilities:
* Drive recruitment efforts, utilising job boards, building talent pools, headhunting, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to meet recruitment KPIs
* Manage onboarding and compliance to ensure OFSTED regulatory standards are met
* Utilise your HR qualification or be supported to work towards one, with access to an external HR line for additional support
* Oversee compliance functions, including H&S and GDPR, ensuring high standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in internal recruitment within children’s homes (ideally) or care companies, with some agency recruitment experience being a bonus
* Strong understanding of compliance and onboarding, with excellent attention to detail and familiarity with care regulations and standards
* Proactive, creative, and confident in recruitment strategies
* Some HR or operational experience, or the willingness to grow into these areas with provided support
The Details:
* Salary: £35,000 plus a £5,000 performance bonus per annum, paid quarterly
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9–5, remote
* Travel: Monthly meetings in Manchester and occasional visits in the Southwest
* Location: Ideally within 1 hour travel distance of Manchester/Cheshire
* Essential: A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required
