Job summary We have an exciting opportunity to join our Keynsham service as a Band 6 SeniorCommunity Nurse based at our Keynsham Health Centre location. You will join a caring and supportive team of Community Nurses and Healthcare Assistants where individual development and progression is key and teamwork is at the centre. You will also work alongside the Reablement team, Community Matrons and specialist nurses in a multi-disciplinary atmosphere. The service is located right at the end ofthe high-street with a range of shops and Sainsburys and Tesco situated nearby. The service also has its own dedicated car park. The service hours typically being 8.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday with one in every 4 weekends. Your focus will be to offer advice and support to housebound service users in their own homes to promote their well-being and independence. You will also be offered a flexible role where you can work your own diary to provide continuity of care. There may also be the opportunity to support in a weekly leg ulcer clinic.
